Reasons for setting up Braddock?
I wanted to create a company that I was excited to be part of and be excited to come in every day. Braddock is that firm and I think everyone else feels the same.
What do you think makes Braddock different?
Having worked in search for 20 years I have seen a lot of different methodologies. Most of which were awful. We have a model here that works and doesn’t focus on hard sales which makes the environment far more enjoyable.
What do you like about the team at Braddock?
Everything. This is the best team I have ever been part of. Every person here has a genuine interest in everyone else’s success as much as their own which results in everyone here being successful.
Who do you look to hire at Braddock?
Hard work is essential here so that’s a trait we look for however, honesty and integrity are a big one for us. Outside of that personality is important.
