I was working for a large corporation in a sector I had no real interest in. The career progression was limited, and I wanted to be part of a company where I could have a greater and more direct influence/reward for my work.

I chose Braddock because I could see the vision that Guy and Lee had for the company and wanted to be a part of its growth. The values and working culture are ones that matched my personality and career aspirations.

I like that there are no barriers to an individual’s success and it is based on results. A lot of businesses are timebound in their promotions, but Braddock is all performance based. It is also refreshing to have two managing directors who are hands on and passionate about developing their employees and encouraging work/life balance. The darts, table tennis and PlayStation are all pretty cool too!

I would recommend Braddock to anybody who wants to be part of a competitive environment where every individual’s success is celebrated. Someone who is looking to be in control of their own career and progression paths. Any individual who is either looking for a full-time career or someone who may not be going down the career route they hoped and wants to see hard work rewarded.

Braddock offers full training on the process of search. You do not need to know anything about it when you walk through the door, however if you are a hard worker with self-motivation and the ability to listen, you will be a huge success.
