Braddock was engaged by a market-leading Drug Delivery solutions and services firm to identify a new Operations Director for one of their subsidiary firms located in Maryland. Due to the smaller size of the subsidiary business, but requiring an individual who had worked on a larger scale due to the size of the parent firm, there was a reluctance of some individuals to engage from the larger Medical Device firms which resulted in the focus on smaller and more agile business targets. We completed the assignment within 6 weeks delivering a diverse shortlist. Subsequent roles across both Sales, Technical Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions have been completed across the US within the parent company and their niche subsidiaries.
