Braddock was approached by a Specialist Food firm transforming their Commercial and Procurement functions in London, UK requiring a Business Unit Director, an Account Director and a future Head of Procurement. With each search, the client requested extensive experience in perishable products and to be comfortable sitting at a level more senior than the position they were interviewing for, such was the calibre of candidate they were looking to hire.
