Braddock partnered with a long-standing PE client on a retained, exclusive mandate to appoint a President & CEO to lead a value-creation phase within a portfolio company. Within two weeks, we delivered a shortlist of 10 highly qualified candidates, resulting in a successful hire within eight weeks of project launch. Business Development Manager – Polyolefins
Braddock was engaged by a Specialty Chemicals manufacturer focused on high performance polyolefins serving the electronics and defence sectors to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth. Working closely with the leadership team, we identified three highly targeted candidates with directly relevant sector expertise.
